Please note that we ship all orders from our UK warehouse Monday through Friday. All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (M-F) of the purchase date. If an order is placed after 1PM GMT on Friday, it will be shipped the following week.

Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. The agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.
Once we handpack and prepare your package for shipping, we will hand it off to a third party courrier so that your package will arrive to you safe and sound! In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Adira Jewels does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.
Returns and Refunds
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but if you have changed your mind you can return your item unused and its original condition (including Adira tags intact and original undamaged packaging) with proof of purchase within 14 days after receipt. Refunds will be made through the original payment method. The cost of return postage must be covered by you, Please click here to fill in our returns form. In the interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, and make refunds on, earrings for pierced ears. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please be aware that your refund will only be processed once the item has been returned and checked by a member of our team, this can take up to 14 days.

The following items won’t be eligible for refund:
Items you received over 14 days ago
Items without original packaging or intact tags
items or packaging in poor condition
Pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and for your protection
Personalized items are not refundable
Please note that if you return items which are outside our returns policy, or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we won’t be able to process a refund for you so please keep your order confirmation. This does not affect your statutory rights
